    Enter the same email address used when the order was placed.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If the lookup does not work

We can still locate the order

Check that the order ID is entered exactly as shown in the confirmation email and that the billing email matches the address used at checkout. If you checked out as a guest, use the same email rather than a newly created account address.

If the order is still not found, contact info@blacksheepboutiquecompany.com with your full name, checkout email and approximate purchase date. Never send a password or complete payment-card number.
